The Judge having listened & viewed the Video of the day's events, formerly discharged Cllr Khan with " No Case To Answer". I count Ahmed and his family very good friends of both myself and my wife, we are exceptionally pleased with the result, though I fear there may be those in South Tyneside Council who will be singularly displeased with this justified turn of events. It is so heartening to see justice prevail.
